Tyrannosaurus Rex gets gender reassignment surgery in photorealistic style

Tyreese realize that this would be the last time they heard that name. From now on they would be Tyra the trex. They would no longer feel afraid or like a victim while ripping limbs from visitors or be afraid of being misgendered by those having their organs eaten alive. All funded by middle class dinosaur taxpayer money as it should be.
