... look, the whole thing about me trying to make cockroaches cute is that my mom has this phobia about them. We can't get away from the little guys where we live because it's a slum, so I'm trying to represent them in a way which doesn't immediately trigger a response. I tell stories about cute cockroaches and make cute cockroach art. It won't be for everyone, but these small insects are less harmful than the traffic on the roads (claims more lives than guns + pollution) - anyway, cockroaches can be cute too... when you don't have to live with them
