I never believed in fairy tales,
Thought them fanciful figments in books.
But one night, in a darkened alley,
An old man appeared before my looks.

Emerging from the shadows swiftly,
He stood right before my stare;
His face was hid by a bushy beard
Of tangled hoary hair!

I was frightened for a moment,
Started running in flee.
But the stranger simply chuckled,
Blocking off my path's retreat.

I knew then things looked quite dismal,
- Fine, old man, you've won -
My pockets are all empty,
And my life already has no fun.

- If naught here binds you,
Cast off your colorless days,
I'll unlock secrets sublime,
Come now, do not delay!

Trusting this stranger's word,
I did all that he bade.
A bright flash blinded me,
The old world began to fade!

"Fairy tales are lies for fools,
And campfire ghostly yarns
Try to push them as the truth.

But it's plain that's not the case,
All this nonsense, what a farce!"
"Listen boy, you are wrong!"

A cursed portrait of an old man hangs in a shadowy room, illuminated by a grey glow. This dark fantasy image evokes horror and mystery with cool colors and sharp focus.

Suddenly a table appeared,
Laid out lavishly before me,
Peasants drinking merrily,
Spilling on the floor their beer.

What was this? The stablehand
Had cooked his own wife!
I began to make a way out,
For he's clearly out of his mind!

Outside lighting brightly flashed,
Thunder rumbled through the sky.
On the hill a madman dashed,
Frolicking as rain fell by.

Nearby corpses came alive,
Clawing earth beneath their feet!
On a grave two d*mbasses
Broke into an argument's heat!

I yelled out with all my might:
"Old man, what have you done?!"
From the woods I heard wolf howls -
Someone feeding them nearby.

From another house's attic
A frightening beast drew near,
It was growling, teeth bared wide -
"What fate now for me is here?"

Today me and my awesome kymko sento 50 scooter visited a squash and pumkin store for real. It was beautiful! So many colors, sizes and shapes. Turns out it's run by marten, whom I recognized immediately as being a kind guy I was in the same middleschool classes with some 30 years ago, he gave up cow farming to grow squashes, how awesome. Real pictures on my Instagram.

This image shows a white scooter parked in front of a quaint squash shop, overflowing with colorful, multi-shaped squashes. The scene is rendered as a detailed matte painting with deep, complementary colors.
