Thank you so much!! I appreciate your kind words. I felt really emotional about this image, but perhaps it doesn’t come across the same way to people.

I was having a talk with a friend on here about how people and things get forgotten. He's keeping alive a memory of an author that's all but disappeared into dust, all that exists of her rich inner world is scattered, grainy thumbnail images. 

I's definitely a day for feeling emotional. Time is a cruel and beautiful thing. I'm glad we can leave our fingerprints here, at least for a little while. Until they're washed away.

And then I found preserved memories and saw the date so it seemed perfect to me.
