Willpower

On the other hand, if our willpower is strong, we will notice ourselves being able to push beyond what our physical bodies are capable of. Even the speed at which we grow and evolve in our lives increases rapidly due to the resolve and willpower of our minds. Be sure to also focus on Mental, Emotional and Spiritual Strength rather than just Physical Strength alone." - Faltered Sails
