A character I imagined up a few years ago. Long story short, he was the only one who didn't fear the dragon as this heartless monster who deceived the townspeople. This dragon, in return for this knight's kindness, offered its wisdom to him. The two are friends--no, equals--who respect each other for the gifts they have.
