AQUA-002 is located in a secure, sealed room with controlled access. No personnel are allowed to approach within 5 meters without Level 3 clearance.

Any testing involving water consumption from AQUA-002 must be conducted under strict medical supervision.

Psychological counseling is mandatory for all staff exposed to AQUA-002 for extended periods.

AQUA-002’s water exhibits strange properties. Anyone who drinks from the fountain experiences vivid hallucinations of drowning, as if they are submerged in deep water. The intensity of these visions increases with the amount consumed, often causing severe psychological trauma or even death by asphyxiation, as victims believe they are suffocating.

Additionally, the carvings on the fountain subtly shift over time, depicting increasingly distressing imagery, including drowning figures, sea monsters, and underwater wrecks. AQUA-002 seems to "mourn" during these shifts, emitting faint sounds akin to sobbing or wailing.
