It took me a while to actually get the distortions and surreal look I wanted.

I combined just the start of a prompt I found with another one I used before, where Giger on LSD played a role, and voila, here we are, as crazy as can be. 

A prompt and image by @zombiefaied  got me started on this

The seed image I originally used on Dreamshaper v8  came from an early try where I burned the prompt and noise  on high, and two prompts, with the Giger one dominating at 1.5 and the Taco one at only 0.5

This is the result of mixing a bunch of things together with several points used as kindling in my crazy witches cauldron.
