Here is one of many small mountain villages that dot the Bospeles, an imposing mountain range running north to south that separates the westernmost tip of Elekia from the rest of the continent. The lands beyond contain modern Vradia, which once was the origin of the ancient Vradian Empire. The remnants of the catastrophe that destroyed the Empire dot the area even 2000 years after the fact, ominous purple skies indicating uninhabitable areas. This village is about as close as people get to these areas in modern times. I was attempting to do a cute little ski town here, but kept getting these sinister purple clouds and ended up running with this. Hopefully you all enjoy this less than natural wonder!
