Behavior: Lurkers are relatively passive but are still dangerous in confined areas. They tend to wander aimlessly through the facility’s hallways in search of movement or sound. Their primary method of attack is ambush; if they detect the player, they will become briefly corporeal, using their sharp claws to inflict quick, shallow wounds before disappearing back into the walls. They are highly sensitive to light and will dissipate if exposed to a direct, bright source.

Weaknesses: Lurkers are weak to light and can be dispersed using strong sources such as flashlights or flare-like items. They are also slow, making evasion relatively easy, though they will phase through walls to relocate when hunting.
