Update 2026-01-26: Revised this for Daily Challenge #1178: In Between Moments
I had masked this image, in an attempt to change the background to give the illusion that my main subject is stopped like a still frame, amid a flurry of activity. So that was just not working out and then it suddenly occurred to me to try it with some of the older models. Still not getting the sped up film look I was going for but these are much nicer than I was getting before masking and trying the older models.
