i feel like i’m dying inside / why do i seem crazy?

if i were to explain my head, it’s like sitting inside of an art exhibit full of televisions. all are playing random different things, and i can’t control the channels nor the volume of the TVs
it’s loud, it’s random, it’s…overwhelming.
i’m easily overstimulated by being on the internet. i sit down, watch youtube, and hours later, my brain is rotted by randomness. from video essays of everything everywhere all at once, to mesmerizer by hatsune miku & kasane teto, to hot takes on AI, to a controversial Apple ad where they crush creativity items. ykwim?
idk if i actually have one, but this overstimulating feeling depresses me. traumatizes even, if i fall into a wrong rabbit hole. i tried so many ways of fixing this (and telling about this too), but it always stays the same. it’s hard sometimes. i need some sort of an effective way out of this misery.
