He was a serious candidate for the challenge entry until the very last minutes.

🏴‍☠️Well. today is (of course) Pirate Day! 🏴‍☠️

Yesterday I started with "Hey, I put on a ship for the challenge". Then I saw the ships posted around the site and went all "ooooh" and "aaaaah" -- and immediately decided to revert to what I feel most at home with: portraits.

I did so many pirates that at the end I spent a couple of hours deciding which one. 🤣

Choice made, now I have a handful of them who (in my humble opinion of course) are worthy publishing.
