Virginia "Pepper" Potts (Earth-241)

The former personal assistant to Tony Stark, Pepper is now, at Tony's request, the co CEO of Stark Industries. She is also his wife, having finally tied the knot after eight years of a relationship that very nearly fell apart several times. She is level headed, intelligent, compassionate, and loyal to those she calls friends, and can usually reign Tony in when he starts going too far. Pepper has own her custom made silver/grey Iron-Man "Rescue" armour, which Tony constructed following several attempts on her life. It has the same abilities as the other Iron-Man armours, but it's only weapons are the repulsors in its hands, and the uni-beam that comes from the chest mounted ARC reactor.
