Nihil Overlord

Lore/Behavior: The Nihil Overlord represents the perfection of despair, a predator that transcends mere hunger and becomes a shepherd of oblivion. It no longer hunts for sustenance, but for the joy of erasing hope. Villages left in its wake report unnatural silence—no birds, no insects, no sound save the heavy pulse of its glowing aura. Worshippers of entropy see the Overlord as a herald, claiming its presence marks the thinning barrier between worlds. Legends claim those consumed by an Overlord are not merely eaten, but unmade, their essence shredded from reality.

Combat Traits:

Large monstrosity; heavy battlefield controller.

Legendary actions: Shadow Warp (teleport + force knockback), Gaze of Despair (paralyze), Maw of Unbeing (cone of necrotic & psychic damage).

Emits crimson aura that drains nearby vitality each round.

Reality-warping presence: concentration checks are always at disadvantage near it.
