I mean, I get it, to a certain degree. We want to belong. We want to feel seen. We definitely want credits. But at a certain point these comments start to feel transactional and rude when that's the ONLY thing that gets consistently written. At least when I invite people to challenges I compliment their creations and THEN invite the user-- and that's only if they reply to my initial compliment (if I've done that and it annoyed you, PLEASE tell me, because I wanna know how that makes you feel so I can stop doing it!)

And I get that this is super nitpicky and it's not the biggest deal in the world and that everybody looks at things differently. And, honestly, only a tenth of the people I've interacted with do this-- the vast majority of y'all are super cool!
