She couldn't believe she had just done that! As she swam back to the surface she smiled and giggled to herself. How am I going to explain this she thought. She was totally unprepared. No change of clothes, no towel, and hours to go before she could head home to change. As she surfaced and swam to the edge   to cling to the side, she set her phone on the deck. It was waterproof so it survived the tumble into the pool. But when she fumbled it and it dropped into the pool her immediate reaction was to jump in after it. Now she was soaked! Her sweater, her jeans, even her boots. For the moment, no one had seen her and she was actually enjoying being in the water in all of her clothes. She swam back towards the shallow end of the pool climbing the steps to sit partly submerged. She thought about staying put and just enjoying the pool for a while, but eventually someone would miss her and come looking. She'd just have to tell them the story, then laugh with them about her luck!
