A gang of people who have Dwarfism, a much maligned, infantilised, ridiculed and underappreciated section of the population, the Small Terrors have chapters in most of the major population centres of the ACAR and have a reputation for extreme violence when insulted or ignored. They normally provide protection for businesses owned and operated by those with Dwarfism for a small percentage of profits, but also are involved in all manner of other illegal activities.
