S02E09: Deonte

Orlan, Alfar and Canda set a trap for Deonte. In the end, they manage to catch him and it turns out that Deonte is not responsible for the evil he committed. There was another entity inside him all along, the immortal consciousness of the dark mage Duron, who had been controlling Deonte all along. However, there were times when he gained control of his body for a moment and tried to help Orlan and slow down Duron. He also wanted to prevent Addie's murder, but couldn't take control at the time. Alfar decides to save Deonte and use a powerful extraction spell to separate Duron from him. When Duron's consciousness leaves Deonte's body, he tries to use someone from Orlan's group as a host, but Alfar prevents this with his magic and Duron disappears. Alfar offers Deonte to return to the wizards of Gonzark and join them on their quest...
