I haven't seen something like this since I was small. Kids seemed to have lost interest in the simple things. This image was inspired by a WW2 poster we have in our base, where a young boy is flying his kite while a Spitfire flies by. My son will build and fly kites, I will make sure of it.

Boy Flying Kite in Outback, Rockwell-Style Painting
A nostalgic image of a boy flying a kite in an outback landscape. Evokes a vintage poster aesthetic reminiscent of 1950s illustrations with meticulously detailed and whimsical elements.

I used to enjoy flying kites as young boy. Me and my parents would go out to the open field in front of the neighborhood to fly them. I agree technology has deprived kids of the simple little things. We need to bring it back! Awesome creation, sister! 🤗🤗🤗😊😊

I used to fly kites with my dad, and shoot rifles, but not at the same time. 😉 Great picture, nostalgic subject!
This generation has lost the joy of living. Their souls have been sucked out by electronics
Great image. And of course kites changed. I do remember flying a kite with my son on the beach. One of those with the two strings that could do loops. I think you are right. All the gaming did have a big impact I think
