Mechanics:
The Watcher only moves when you are not looking at it, similar to the "Weeping Angels" mechanic.
If you take your eyes off it for too long, it will teleport closer.
Sanity drains rapidly if you stay too close for too long, even while looking at it.
Jumpscare: When it catches you, the room becomes pitch black. You hear the horrible sound of hundreds of teeth gnashing, and when you turn around, the creature is directly behind you. Its massive, tooth-filled maw opens wide, and you are swallowed whole in one swift motion.
