In the Shanty Undertown below the Jarvis McCallister Bridge, the desperately poor eek out a living as best they can with whatever the better-offs cast out. Into this place has come a Mobster-turned-politician, Richard Ashton, a college graduate deprived of career opportunities by the racist society of the Sunless City. The Shantytowners don't always like him, but he takes care of them and he gets things done.                 
Author's Note: I just have to say that the program made one really cool looking airship behind him.
