Death by Édouard Manet

A depiction of 'Death' by French Impressionist Édouard Manet. He is considered one of the founders of modern art. He is known for his paintings of contemporary subjects, such as café scenes, prostitutes, and bullfights. His work is characterized by its bold use of color, its realistic depiction of everyday life, and its often controversial subject matter. Once again there's that man who as similarities with Manet himelf. He looks desperated or in sorrow. In his hand a is holding a dagger. Next to him there's a skull or a reaper, it's not clear if there's a cloak or just a blanket beneath it.
