Yondu Udonta
Portrayed by Rhea Ripley
A brutal survivor of the galactic underworld, Yondu Udonta commands loyalty with equal parts fear and respect. Known for her mastery of the Yaka arrow — a whistle-guided weapon that strikes with lethal precision — Yondu has carved her name into legend as a mercenary, smuggler, and reluctant mentor.
Rhea Ripley embodies Yondu with raw physicality and intimidating presence, making this version of the Ravager captain as dangerous as she is magnetic. She plays Yondu not as a quirky outlaw, but as a towering figure whose loyalty is hard-won and whose wrath is merciless. Her performance underscores a character who thrives in the lawless fringes of space yet hides a surprising streak of reluctant heart.
