Famous anti-war activist and avowed Socialist Mookie poses for a portrait of him holding his draft card. He was imprisoned for six years until the end of the 2nd war when his sentence was commuted by President Bixby in 1951. Upon his release he famously stated "I only have Nine Lives, and they're mine. I'm not giving any of them to the man."
