I Had another panic attack.. It's horrible if you know it's unnecessary but your fearful thoughts let your body create adrenaline, which gives your mind food for even more fearful thoughts and so on and before you know it, you're drowning in it.. Heart throbs, or low blood pressure.. Dizzy difficulty breathing.. It's so scary.. I cry now and than feeling so tired of this cycle.. And its so freaking lonely away from a person to hug or two to.. I meditate with a meditation that's helps you go to the sensation talk to it and remember it's all just sensations created by those negative fearful thoughts.. If that doesn't work diazepam. And than just wait it out.
