The solution is to use Dreamshaper v8 model, select this picture as start image (Never delete it), then select to add a mask, add the splodge around the shirt only, change prompt to "blue Starfleet teeshirt" and press create multiple times until there's an acceptable one.

Thanks most difficult part was finding correct wording to get the slanted crashed look of ufo I had to go on internet several times trying out different word combos to see what word combos provided most accurate referencing that way I know what words to use since I know that is what the ai is referencing
