Unfortunately it was not Bad Vlad atop the nasty leftovers of his last year’s lover (a bear, remember - genocide is worse than “zoo love” and since he’s an enthusiast for the former, the latter wouldn’t surprise me a bit). 

On the other hand it gave me… this. It’s like Redwood Abbey kinda stuff if it were written by Stephen King and Clive Barker instead of Brian Jacques haha! The cyclops wolf-bead mount is a cool touch I particularly like. One presumes there’s some gold or something in the box being handed over… or perhaps it’s a trick and the forest folk put an improvised explosive in there for their arch-antagonist. 

Only time will tell!
