She opened her eyes and sat up a little. She looked around for Pipper and saw him standing there watching her. How long had he be standing there? He looked so handsome. Did he know he was handsome? Why was he watching her like that? He was so brave, and confident. He always knew what to do. He was already a man and she was just a stupid girl. And of course, completely out of his league.
