Ry'Anne Sha'N'ahn

Ry' Anne Sha' N'ahn is approximately 17 yrs. He speaks of Harnessing the power of "the Force" that make him sensitive to spiritual energy that grants him extraordinary abilities, such as levitating objects, tricking minds (he calls it "mind touch"), and seeing things before they happen, he also claims this "Force" can grant users powerful abilities, to directs their actions. Ry'Anne tries avoiding the use of violence except as a last resort, with a mission to "use his power to keep the people in line, so that they don't do terrible things". His sudden appearance in Elf-Haven City is a bit mystery. No one seems to know where he came from. It's as if he just fell from the sky one day.
