Isaac Asimov "Lucky Starr and the Oceans of Venus" V-frog

The V-frog it was a small creature, about eight inches, with a triangular head on which bulging eyes stood out. It sat on six stilt-thin legs ending in paw pads. Each foot has three long toes in front and one behind. The skin was greenish, like that of a frog, and its frilled gills pulsated. Instead of a mouth there is a beak, strong, curved, like a parrot's.
