Threaded Petals, Lacquered Leaves

A vibrant composition of embroidered flowers rendered in the whimsical charm of Gingham World, merged elegantly with the ornate, swirling patterns of traditional Khokhloma art. Floral motifs bloom across soft gingham fabric—crimson, gold, and forest-green threads intertwine with shimmering Khokhloma leafwork and lacquer-inspired accents. The result is a richly textured fusion of folk embroidery and Russian decorative painting, full of warmth, pattern, symmetry, and storybook beauty.
