I have found creating the first run of a prompt in one of the FREE versions (eg SD 1.4, 1.5, 2.0, etc) or almost free, and then evolving in one of the SDXL models, produces phenomenal results. I label these 1st creations with the word "base."

Try creating your own "base" design and then evolving it for lots of fun results.
