How do gift cards work?
When you purchase a gift card, we'll email you a unique link. You can then forward the email or share the link with whoever you'd like to gift it to. The link allows the recipient to redeem their PRO status and credits.
Does the recipient need to have a NightCafe account?
No, the recipient doesn't need to have an existing NightCafe account to redeem the gift card. They can create one during the redemption process. Existing NightCafe users can also redeem gift cards.
Do gift cards expire?
No, gift cards never expire! Once redeemed, the PRO status and credits are applied to the recipient's account.
When does the PRO status start?
The PRO status starts upon redemption (not purchase) so if the recipient doesn't redeem the gift card immediately, they won't lose any of their PRO status time.
Can I buy a gift card for someone who already has PRO?
Yes! If the recipient already has PRO status, the gift card will extend their existing PRO subscription. The credits will be added to their account balance.
Can I buy multiple gift cards?
Yes, you can purchase as many gift cards as you like. Each purchase generates a unique link that can only be used once.
