CT-4444 / Cyborg

A first generation Clone Trooper, CT-4444 "Quads" was involved in many of the initial battles of the Clone Wars, but was accidentally killed by a Jedi on Utapow. The Jedi stabilized his body with the force on the battle field until a medical droid could perform a controversial procedure that turned "Quads" into a Cyborg. His neural chip was removed during the Cyborg transformation and his DNA was altered inhibiting his growth acceleration and effectively extending his life span. Quads has only sporadic memory from before the Cyborg transformation but retains almost all of his training. The Jedi who nearly killed him has taken responsibility for Quads rehabilitation and they served together until 'Order 66' was enabled. When Quads saw the other Clones turn against the Jedi order he and his Jedi caretaker escaped to a distant star system and began covertly searching for Other Jedi survivors.
