Let's share breakfast and have a chat. 'Cause I think I need to have one. 

I'm really happy about getting top hourly. As of writing this, "Glass lotus" has 75 likes. That's monumental for me! "Glass lotus" is now my top piece. And it was top hourly! Wild.

But if you look around on Nightcafe, lotsa people have "top hourly." There's twenty-four chances to do it every day, and one hundred sixty-eight a week, and six hundred seventy-two chances a month to get the top hourly. But there's a lot of people making art. Even still, tons of people have gotten top hourly.

So as a consumer of art, it doesn't seem like such a big deal that I got top hourly. But as a creator, it's a really big deal to me. It made my awful day a really great one. It's probably the most monumental thing to happen to me on Nightcafe all summer.

As a little update, my sinus infection was diagnosed and prescribed an antibiotic. Hopefully I'll feel better soon. And as all chats go, share your thoughts with me, please.
