Remus was one of the two founders of Rome, who were raised by wolves.
Lupin comes from “Lupine” a word which means “of or relating to wolves.”
Between these two facts, I’m surprised that anyone was surprised to find out he was a werewolf. But he’s a favourite of mine nonetheless. It’s not every day you get a teacher who instructs you to picture another teacher in your grandmother’s clothes.
