4 - لا تشكو من آلام التمرين وطعم الغذاء مثل الاطفال ، انت محارب ، كون لنفسك شخصية تتمتع بالصبر والتكيف ، مهما عصفت بكل الامور ، تكيف معها وتغلب عليها .

اذا اردت ان تنجح :
5 - واصل نهوضك بعد السقوط ، انت اقوى مما تتصور ، غذاء ، نوم ، تمرين ، ابتسامة لامعة ، ومخيفة ، تكشف عن انيابك الفتاكة ، وثقتك بنفسك ، وعضلاتك التي لا تقهر ، انت نعم انت الذي تقرأ، خلقت لتكون بطلا.
