Mickey Mouse was the original sorcerer's apprentice. He appeared in Walt Disney's animated classic, Fantasia (1940). For those unfamiliar with it, Mickey tries to clean the sorcerer's lab by enchanting the cleaning supplies to do the work. Something goes wrong and the cleaning supplies go berserk. That's why this image has the cleaning supplies--mop, spray bottle, etc in the image.
