Wow, I love the color and glow! Thanks for trying out my Neon Glow LoRA. Sadly, it really only knows how to make disfugured fairies and psychedelic mushrooms very well. LOL. It might help to add wt to the subject like this "Une (chevre:1.9) neon" Or it probably will help more to use the English term "goat" since the AI is trained in English. I seems to recognize other languages, mostly, but generally performs better with English prompt text. Also, this LoRA will try to turn your subject into a mushroom or a fairy in most cases, so lowering the wt in the syntax token code may also help. < lora:Neon Glow:0.5 > for example.
