Unlike his younger brother Harvyn, Terwyn Tulk is not a man who leads his gang from the front. He is seldom seen on the streets of Westcoast, though he has found that this brings a greater sense of dread when he arrives in the home of one of his debtors uninvited.
His enemies have made the mistake of believing Terwyn weak or cowardly due to his secretive methods. Little do they realise that their overconfidence will lead them all into the spiders web he has spun, never realising it until the city belongs to him.
