The Mouse Who Got the Cheese

There was once a mouse named Milo who lived in a big house with many other mice. Milo was small and timid, and he always got bullied by the bigger and stronger mice.

One day, the owner of the house left a big piece of cheese on the kitchen table. Milo saw the cheese too, and his mouth watered. He wanted to taste the cheese so badly, but he knew he had no chance against Fluffy the cat. He decided to wait until Fluffy fell asleep.

He waited patiently for hours, until Fluffy finally closed his eyes and started to snore. Milo saw his opportunity and crept out of his hiding place. He moved slowly and quietly, avoiding any noise that might wake up Fluffy. He reached the table and climbed up the leg. He saw the cheese in front of him, and he felt a surge of joy.

He nibbled on the cheese, and it was the most delicious thing he had ever eaten. He felt happy and proud of himself for being brave and smart. He decided to take some cheese back to his nest, so he could enjoy it later.
