The playful stray dogs of Turkey, Anatolia, village, street-dog ❤

❤When I lived in Turkey, I switched from a handbag to a backpack for daily use, because I carried dog and cat kibble with me. ❤I made furiends among many of the street dogs of Izmir, which often were not treated nicely by locals. ❤The strays recognized me and my dog Lucky from a 1/4 mile away and would come running to get their head scratchies, belly rubs and some food. I was never afraid of diseases nor did I ever catch anything although some dogs looked rough. ❤I still have such fond memories of my Best Furry Friends in Alsancak. Hepinizi özledim.
