I'm always testing with the free credits and the free IA ,i can't afford the pro plan so I'm a bit limited.

I also use free credits, but I want to get a pro pack, because I really want to use Dall-E 3 lol. I just checked your prompt and it's pretty robust, all i'd suggest is when trying to get them to hold an item, I usually specifically state that the person is "holding a sword with a long blade in one hand and a wooden shield with gold trim in the other". Try the different models and if you see something you like but it's just not perfect, stick to that one and keep rendering. I find Juggernaught is a particularly good non-pro one, I love Juggernaught.
