few ways....
1. just try to cut the hand into a acceptable hand...lol if that makes sense( go over the part you do not want.....try writing blur)
2. that sometimes is enough...if not add a shawl or clothing that drapes over her hand
3. put something in her hand...(write in prompt "clutching childs stuffed animal") same as painting, paint over it!
Im sure there are other ways....but hope it helps
