The Cricket Horse has evolved to have the wings and jumping capabilities of a cricket, but retains the trainability and adaptability of the horses in our universe.
Even with a rider on their back, the Cricket Horse can leap distances fifty times their body length, making for an exciting and dramatic ride. Coupled with the added addition of their wings, they can easily take their riders large distances.
In areas where Cricket Horses are kept, their chirping is a familiar nightly sound, resembling our crickets, only much louder. As as added bonus, Cricket Horses have also evolved to have bioluminescent eyes, which can be used at night to light their rider’s path.
