For Coherent, the overall shape seems to be the most important thing for it to be able to work with this as a starter image. :-)

Yep, I think you're right, but the colours and textures matter too. Sometimes the most unassuming starter image causes surprising results like turning a batch of green leaves into a snake.
I prefer old style Battlestar Galactica. It had so much more flair and humour than the newer one.

The rest of this project will be done in Coherent, using this Stable image as the starter. :-)

Thanks!!!  I tend to use a starter image in order to (try to) keep it in check.  For me that makes it less likely to make something stupidly distorted and fragmented all over the place.

I might try again at some point but I'm happy with stable for now, I'll just fix things in photoshop 🤣 oh don't know if you use it or not already but I found adding No Blur in my stable prompts helped (not with nsfw stuff though)

This is my first time taking a start image from Stable and then chucking it into Coherent.  Pretty happy with the result!

This mask is something that could possibly happen in my AU where Ben Solo doesn’t fall to the Dark Side but instead goes on to serve the Light in his own way…mostly as a medical doctor/Force Healer, but occasionally, when there is no other choice, in combat.
