I finally watched Scream VI last night.

Impressions? •Scream (2022) or Scream V or whatever you wanna call it was the better film. That doesn’t mean VI was bad •the ending & killer reveal fuckin’ sucked •the cold open, corner store shotgun, ladder, and subway scenes are all FANTASTIC series highlights despite the rest of the movie being meh •it was sold as being “the most gorey” entry in the franchise and yet Scream (2022) was far more graphic & violent…? Wtf? •overall I really love the current “requel” franchise that’s going on right now. Even if VI wasn’t my favorite in the entire series, I did still enjoy it and I hope a Scream VII is made in the not-too-distant future •Jenna Ortega is an amazing actress and I’m excited to see her career progress •Jenna Ortega is also obnoxiously beautiful
