Robert Munsch

Robert Munsch (Robert Norman Munsch; 1945 – ) is a Canadian author, who was born in the USA. He is renowned for his children’s literature. Munsch’s storytelling style is characterised by its humour and imagination, often featuring young protagonists in outlandish situations. His works, such as “The Paper Bag Princess” and “Love You Forever”, have been celebrated for their spontaneity and the way they address real childhood concerns. Despite his tales often being silly, they are deeply rooted in the experiences of children, making them relatable and engaging.
