The trees stood like silent sentinels, their gnarled branches weaving a tapestry of shadows that danced with every subtle movement of the mist.

As I pressed on, an unsettling feeling settled in the pit of my stomach, a premonition of something otherworldly. The fog clung to my every step, obscuring the path ahead and turning the woods into a maze of uncertainty. Whispers of unseen creatures rustled through the damp foliage, heightening my unease.

Suddenly, through the mist, a figure emerged. A shadow, darker than the fog that enveloped the forest, took form among the twisted trees. Its silhouette seemed to absorb the very essence of the spectral atmosphere, and an oppressive energy radiated from its presence.

I stood frozen, locked in a silent exchange with the phantom. Its presence resonated with an ancient force, and an unspoken malevolence emanated from the abyss that formed its faceless visage. The very air thickened with an unspoken menace as the shadow person drifted closer, its movements unhindered by the mist that clung to the forest.

Gosh. The story had my heart kinda racing, but I mean, I'm also anxious hehe. Regardless, the heart pounding helped immerse me into the creations and the story.

The encounter unfolded like a haunting ballet, the shadow weaving between the fog-draped trees, a specter from realms beyond. I felt an inexplicable dread, a primal fear that transcended the natural world. The figure's gaze, though featureless, bore into my soul, and time itself seemed to warp in the presence of this enigmatic apparition.

And then, as abruptly as it appeared, the shadow person dissolved back into the fog, leaving me alone in the damp silence of the ancient forest. The oppressive atmosphere lingered, a lingering around as my body began to shiver and shake violently, a guttural sobbing sound crawled out of my throat before I was able to shut myself up. I ran, one hand pressed over my mouth I ran as fast as I ever have been running back to my home, suddenly knowing wich way to go, I ran trying to escape the feeling of a cold hand grabbing my neck.

I still feel it .....
